Product Description:
The GS14-S series of aerospace GNSS power splitters are designed to share an aerospace GNSS antenna, and come standard with J1, J2, J3, J4 ports isolated from DC and a 200 Ω DC load, and IN ports energized to DC. The power supply is an aviation plug that powers the unit internally and the GNSS antenna.
Product Application:
The most common application is the input from an active GPS/GNSS roof antenna or GPS simulator is equally split to four receivingg GPS units. The GS14 will support long-lasting, trouble free deployment in a small cell wireless and/or CORS center stations. The device makes it possible to use a single GPS/GNSS referencing antenna for synchronization systems, increasing capacity without increasing GPS/GNSS antennas or cabling requirements.
GS14-S utilizes an aviation power plug for power supply, both internally and to the GPS antenna. In the standard configuration, the output ports do not have a 200Ω DC load.
The wiring method for the aviation plug interface is as follows: Connect the A-end to the positive pole of the power supply, connect the B-end to the negative pole of the power supply, and the C port is a reserved wiring port with no function. The power supply voltage range is 12V~28V. Power consumption is <0.5W.
