GNSS Full Band Antenna R440 Installation Guide

 

1. Antenna spacing：＞5M, The transceiver antenna must not be placed upside down unless specifically named in the instruction manual.

 

2.  The antenna should be within the protection of the lightning arrester.

 

3. Installation：

 

Align the threads of the alignment mounting rod with the mounting holes underneath the antenna, and turn the antenna clockwise until the antenna is fully tightened against the mounting base, torque 10~15N.M is recommended. Then the connector head part is secured with heavy-duty tape or glue, preventing loosening during vibration process.

5.  Antenna waterproofing specifications:
 
Antenna connectors need to be waterproofed where they connect to cable connectors.  Need to wrap waterproof self-adhesive tape. Ensure that antenna connectors and cable connectors are wrapped in waterproof tape to prevent rainwater from entering them.
